Doha-Mubasher: HSBC Bank Oman's India operations will be merged with Doha Bank's operations in India starting from 31 March, 2015, Doha Bank said in a filing to Qatar Exchange (QE).
The Qatar bank said it took over the operations of HSBC’s two branches at Raheja Centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra State and in Kochi, Kerala State in India.
Doha Bank’s capital amounts to QAR 2.58 billion, distributed on 258.37 million shares at QAR 10 par value each.
